The report, which was prepared by the law firm of former FBI director Louis Freeh, was released Thursday, July 12, 2012, concluded the Penn State administration concealed allegations of sexual-assaults against children involving former football assistant coach Jerry Sandusky in order to protect the institution and the athletics program. Buckner discussed his thoughts on the Freeh report and the possible reactions of the NCAA and Big Ten Conference to the investigative findings.
